Spa Breaks

If you’re looking to take time out from a hectic lifestyle or to share precious moments with a friend or loved one, a spa break is a great way to treat yourselves and relax.

Many of the South East’s spa facilities have the added bonus of being set in rural countryside, which is perfect for a relaxing stroll and one-on-one time. To ensure your stay is even more memorable, they are often housed in elegant mansions or former stately homes. Treatments are offered for both men and women, and include beauty therapies, massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and Indian head massage, but a host of other more unusual treatments can be found at individual establishments. Just lie back and be enveloped in mud or languish in luxurious oils while all your stress evaporates into the air.

Many spas also include pools, hot tubs and gyms and some have a variety of sporting activities at guests’ disposal. So why not go ahead and recharge your batteries, returning home rejuvenated and ready to face the modern world?
